Balanced Babywearing values your time and strives to provide thoughtful, prepared support for every session.

Private Consultations & Fit Checks

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Reschedules may be offered for illness or unexpected circumstances, at the discretion of the educator.

• If you or your baby are unwell, please reach out as soon as possible.

Group Workshops

• Workshop registrations are non-refundable, as space is limited.

• If you are unable to attend, you may receive a credit toward a future workshop.

Lateness

• Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and are not eligible for refunds.
