Do I need to have a baby already to book a session?

No! Prenatal sessions are welcome. You don’t need a baby yet to learn about carriers, positioning, or to prepare for babywearing.

Who can attend a session?

Sessions are open to all caregivers, including parents, partners, grandparents, and other support people involved in your baby’s care.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable. Full details are available on our Policies page.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring yourself, your baby (if you have one), and any baby carriers or wraps you already own. For prenatal sessions, just bring yourself and any carriers you’d like to practice with.

What if my baby cries during the session?

That’s completely okay. Sessions are flexible and baby-led, and we’ll move at a pace that works for you and your baby.

How do I book a session?
